ClinicTrust
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
ClinicTrust is a digital reputation management service for private clinics in Israel, operated by Khanin Digital. We respect your privacy and aim to collect and use information minimally — only as needed to provide the service.
Information we collect from clinic owners
When a clinic owner contacts us through the website contact form, we may collect the following details:
- Name
- Clinic name
- Phone / WhatsApp / email
- City / specialty
- Inquiry or message details
We use these details to follow up, provide an initial review, and share information about the service.
Operational information within the client service
As part of the ongoing work with a client clinic, and subject to the information the clinic chooses to provide, the service may process basic operational information for a respectful approach to real patients. This may include:
- Patient name
- Phone number
- Language
- Visit date
- Consent to be contacted
- Date of birth (optional)
- Internal follow-up status
What we do not collect or store
ClinicTrust does not require, and is not designed to store, sensitive medical information. Explicitly, we do not request or store:
- Medical diagnoses
- Treatment details
- Medical records
- Sensitive medical history
The operational information is used solely to manage an organized, respectful process for requesting reviews from real patients — not to store any clinical information.
Patient rights and consent
- A patient is contacted only after a real visit and subject to consent.
- A patient can ask to stop receiving messages at any time (opt-out).
- The approach is respectful, with no pressure and no spam.
Data security and retention
We work to keep information reasonably secure, to limit access to it, and to use it only for the purposes for which it was provided. The clinic remains the owner of its accounts and data.
