These terms apply to the use of the ClinicTrust website and the digital reputation management services offered by Khanin Digital. Using the website and the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The service

ClinicTrust provides digital reputation management and Google Business Profile support for private clinics in Israel. As part of this, we may provide:

• Operational support and organized workflows
• Content and post writing
• Drafting responses to reviews and inquiries
• Reports, tracking and monitoring

No guarantee of results

The service does not guarantee or warrant rankings, search position, the number of reviews, a rating score, or specific business results. We work professionally and methodically to reflect the clinic's real reputation, but actual results depend on many factors outside our control.

Ethical principles — real reviews only

• Reviews come only from real patients, after a real visit.
• No fake reviews.
• No incentives or payment in exchange for reviews.
• No pressure on patients — the approach is respectful and gentle.

Clinic responsibility

The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the medical and business information it provides, including services, opening hours and contact details. The clinic remains the owner of its accounts, numbers and data.

Scope of service

ClinicTrust / Khanin Digital may provide support for operational workflows, content, responses, reports and monitoring. The exact scope of service is agreed with each client separately.
